Coronavirus and Our Commitment to Safety

Our number one priority has always been the health and safety of our patients and employees. With the concerns over the spread of the Coronavirus, we feel it's important to keep our patients informed of the steps we are taking to maintain a safe treatment environment in our clinics.
At Palm Beach Aquatics and Physical Therapy, we take our roles as caregivers in the healthcare and public health sector very seriously. Both our Boynton Beach and Delray Beach clinics are open in order to serve patients, especially those that require more attention.
The Following is Important Information to Keep in Mind.
Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Washing your hands with soap and water or using an alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.
You should stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a temperature (99.5 or greater), cough, or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call our office in advance. Calling in advance will allow us to quickly direct you to the right healthcare facility. This will also protect you and help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections. The following measures are being taken at our Boynton Beach and Delray Beach locations.
All staff is required to wear face coverings and shields.
Our staff is working diligently to follow existing protocols for hand-washing before and after seeing patients, disinfecting and sanitizing all office equipment, treatments tables, waiting areas, countertops, bathrooms, door knobs, and other general areas.
Sneeze guards were installed at receptionist desks for added safety.
All employees will be screened for COVID-19 daily. Those presenting any level of symptoms will be required to stay home and follow up with their physician before returning to work.
All patients will be screened the day prior and upon arrival of their appointment time to make sure no symptoms are being exhibited. Those presenting COVID-19 symptoms will be advised to return home and contact their physician.
Private entrances and treatment rooms are available to ALL patients at both our Boynton Beach and Delray Beach locations.

The team at Palm Beach Aquatics and Physical Therapy are also utilizing Telehealth as a solution to our patients needs when visits to our clinics may not be an option. Patients have found our Telehealth platform to be extremely user friendly and beneficial. Our HIPAA compliant platform allows patients the ability to continue on with their care without interruption.
